Sam Cohn
Associate Attorney
Sam Cohn joined Haskett Williams Monaghan in September of 2022 after previously working at another law firm in Bend specializing in family law. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington with Departmental Honors and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law. During law school Sam served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Matthew Williams at the King County Superior Court for the State of Washington. He also worked in the University of Washington Low Income Tax Clinic helping low-income families resolve tax issues.
Sam believes that preparedness and diligence are key to obtaining the best outcome for his clients. He strives to reduce stress for clients by offering prompt responses and clear explanations to difficult questions. Whether it's negotiation, mediation, or litigation, Sam has the experience and skill to ensure that you get the best result possible.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Sam's family moved to the Seattle area where he completed high school, graduating from Mercer Island High School in 2012.
Outside the office, Sam enjoys skiing, mountain biking, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and traveling.
